I saw that you were quoted in the Denver Post regarding raising the state minimum wage.
We need more people like you advocating for the lower half.
The problem with our economic system is that there are too many people being paid below average wages and by raising the minimum wage, we are helping more people earn above average wages. DID YOU KNOW THAT 50% OF ALL PEOPLE EARN BELOW AVERAGE WAGES!!!!!!! We've got to do something about that.
I've coined a term for this and you can use it if you wish. I call it "Trickle Up Economics". By raising the minimum wage, the whole wage scale goes up and therefore, more people will earn above average wages. It's really simple and most people can understand this economic concept. Eventually, everyone will earn above average wages.
